The WD Horseshoe Co. Lasso Horseshoe Game Set is a universal style pitching horseshoe that is a blend of features from Mustang and Challenger. Lasso has a very thin feel to it in comparison, but still has smooth round edges and features symmetrical double-sided tips, making it great for any turn or flip... the hallmark feature of our universal style horseshoes. It has long straight side blades, providing lots of room to grip for various turns. There's also ample space for side to side movement of the flip grip. If you rely on the slide in sand or dirt pits, this is the perfect shoe...The tips have a lot of flat space, which really promotes the slide and its lighter weight really helps there too. It also holds great in clay like all our universal shoes. For elder players or kids looking for a little lighter shoe, Lasso or Lasso XL is the perfect choice. Lasso is available in two weights: Lasso (2 lbs 5 oz) and Lasso XL (2 lbs). The only difference in shape between the original Lasso and the XL is that the XL's tipes are thinner.
