  • The item that I am interested in says "Leaves warehouse in 2-3 business days", is that accurate?

    Typically the availability stated on the website is correct, however it is not a guaranteed time frame. The items cannot be expected to ship sooner than what the availability states, even if the item is in stock. If you need items by a specific date, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department to confirm availability. If you wish to simply go ahead and place your order, you will receive an email confirmation if we receive information stating that the item is unavailable or on backorder.

  • How do I return my order?

    You are welcome to make a return of any new, unused merchandise purchased from Sports Unlimited Inc within 30 days of the original ship date. Make a note on your packing slip stating the reason for the return. Also indicate whether you wish to return for credit, or exchange for a different item. You may send the package back via your preferred carrier. We recommend that you get a tracking number. Send the item back to the following address:

  • How much will it cost to ship my order?

    We have a shipping calculator on each product page underneath the "Add to Cart" button. You only need to add your zip or postal code to the shipping calculator to get shipping costs for the product. No other information is needed. Press calculate after you enter your zip/postal code. If you are ordering more than one item, add all items to the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator at the bottom of the page.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Anything that we have in stock at our warehouse is available for international delivery. Unfortunately, anything that ships from a manufacturer cannot be delivered internationally. Our manufacturers do not ship overseas. You can identify items that we carry in our warehouse by looking at the "Availability" section on the item web page (located under the price). If the Availability says "In Stock - Ships Super Fast", then typically it is something that we carry in our warehouse, and therefore it can be shipped internationally. If the Availability says "Leaves warehouse within 2-3 business days" or more, then most likely it comes from the manufacturer and cannot be shipped internationally.

  • My order is over $49, why am I being charged for shipping?

    Free shipping only applies to ground shipments within the continental US. If you are being charged for ground shipping, it is possible that one or more of the items that you have ordered is not eligible for free shipping.   • Can I cancel my order?

    As long as the order hasn't shipped yet and is not packaged to be shipped, we can cancel. Typically we cannot cancel an order after 12 PM on the day it is scheduled to be shipped. Customized items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. These items state no changes or cancellations in the availability on the website.

  • Why have I not received any emails regarding my order?

    We send emails for all of our orders, if you have provided an email address. Please double check your spam mail, if you still don't see anything feel free to contact our customer service department to make sure that your email address was entered correctly.
