The Silverback SB54iG Adjustable Basketball System features a Dupont powder coated pole with 18" of added corrosion resistant paint at the base for in-ground rust and corrosion protection. An all steel actuator allows you to adjust the height of the hoop easily and precisely from 7.5' to 10'. Pole padding and backboard padding provide added player protection for aggressive play.

does pole come with system? can it be mountes on existing 5" sq. pole? how high does pole need to be?

This is indeed an entire basketball system which includes a 4"x4" pole and a 54"x33" tempered glass backboard. It is adjustable from heights of 7.5' up to 10'.
