The 2EG-TX takes the 2BCD-TX and adds vertical bars to the sides of the opening to prevent fingers from getting in your face. With the combination of horizontal and diagonal bars in the mouth area, it's one of the most aggressive allowed today. Made to fit exclusively on the Riddell SpeedFlex helmet, this facemask works as part of The Flex System to lessen the impact force transferred to the helmet. The stainless steel construction keeps the weight down and allows for thinner bars for better vision. Recommended for running backs, linebackers and linemen.
