Built to work exclusively with the SpeedFlex helmet, the chinstrap has a soft padding on the inside and a hard plastic outer shell. The chinstrap works with the Cam-Loc system that allows players to easily adjust their chinstrap before and after the play.

rachet -loc chinstarp

this chinstrap is very comfortable and is by far the best system on the market
however if the rachet -loc end of the strap should break ,then the helmet is dead lined. I didn't have a $60 replacement rachet-loc strap
We have 9 riddell helmets with this system.

I've had both the regular hardcup chinstrap and now this one and let me say that this chinstrap is far far more comfortable and also has more padding and cushion which seems to add protection. The padding on the cup part has a very unique feel to it right

I had it for my revo speed and i had to get it for my flex and it works just as well. It has the hard cup protection and it also has the soft part so youll feel protected and comfortable. Definitely worth the money
