Product Overview
The Porter Thin Concrete Anchor was designed to provide maximum holding power through thin channel lock wood or synthetic floors into concrete sub-floors of minimal thickness, and it utilizes four double acting expansion anchors to provide an ultimate pull-out load of 8,200 pounds when properly installed. The top plate is polished and chrome plated for a professional level look and performance, and both plated, flat head machine screws and 2.75" long machine screws are included to either anchor into synthetic floors or for attaching through power-lock type wood floors.

- Four double acting expansion anchors provide an ultimate pull-out load of 8,200 pounds when properly installed
- Floor anchor gets installed after finished floor is in place
- Top plate is 3.5" in diameter and 3/16" thick and is polished and chrome plated
- Plate to be furnished with four 1/4-20 plated, phillips, flat head machine screws that are 1.5" in length to anchor into synthetic floors
- Also includes four 2.75" long machine screws as an alternate for attaching through power-lock type wood floors
