Heady duty

I bought two a few mounts ago.
I was very excited about it.
It is not cheap so expected to be good and sturdy..
I assembled it it was not hard at all.
Looked solid and heavy duty ad they say.

The good- it works great for your needs.

The bad- with in one week a wheel fell off( it’s not a human error ad I worked 25 years in construction so I know how to build and fix and put things together.
Unfortunately the the hole and the wheels how you put it in it’s busted so there is no way to reattach the wheel again..( btw also i am only using soccer ball so it is way lighter then a basketball but it should be an issue either way..)
So it can not be the weight or wrong way to assemble as it is extremely simple..
Wheel and hole.
So it should never came off or fall off after attaching it.
The ugly-
The send it back, undo it.. nearly impossible..
It is not as easy to find a good company how sells this product..

I need another one I don’t know what to do..
Drop 400 again..
Same company same place ,,
