  • Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on your site?

    Yes, it definitely is! We understand that the safety of your personal information and finances are extremely important. Take a look at our Privacy & Security page for more information about how exactly we protect your info.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Possibly. We, along with other online retailers, are required by law to collect sales tax on orders from certain states, depending on the laws in those states. Orders shipping to Pennsylvania will be charged a 6% sales tax on non-exempt items. All other states will be calculated on an individual basis. Once your address is entered on the checkout page, any applicable sales tax will appear in your order summary.

  • Do you accept international credit cards?

    We certainly do! To ensure your security and to comply with international financial laws, we take additional identity verification steps and require the credit card owner's phone number on all international orders.

    All transactions are settled in U.S. dollars.

  • I show that I was charged twice, why?

    When you initially place your order there is an authorization charge put on the card. This is how we find out if the card is approved or declined. This charge will drop off, but depending on the bank or credit card company that you use, it may take anywhere from 1-7 business days.

  • Why did I received an email about a small charge on my card?

    This charge is actually a portion of your total balance, and the small charge is done as a security measure.

    Some orders (and all international credit cards) get flagged during processing and require a security check. During this check we put a small charge (between $0.00 - $3.00) on the card and ask the cardholder to contact the bank or credit card company to find out what the small charge amount was. Then we ask that the customer contact us with the information to verify that amount.

    We do this to protect consumers from credit card fraud, identity theft and all the other evils associated with doing business over the Internet. For instance, if someone else were to use your card information to place an order and we put the small charge on the card, the cardholder is the only one that will be able to confirm the amount.

  • Why am I getting an Authorization Failure error message?

    This error most likely occurred due to a problem with the information entered during check out. Please double check the credit card number and expiration date for your card, and ensure that everything on the order page is accurate. If you continue to receive this message let us know immediately and we can place your order over the phone.

  • Can I submit a Purchase Order?

    Yes, we accept purchase orders with a total greater than $150. If it is your first time purchasing with us, please fax your order to 610-994-9701 on a letterhead and 3 credit references. On the letterhead, please include the item-numbers, description, price, and shipping costs.
