The Fisher Junior Football Pop-Up Dummy is designed to speed up drills and allow for more repetitions as if there were extra assistants or players during your practices. This dummy is constructed of a three-layer, 18 oz. vinyl base and an 18 oz. vinyl body to assure a long life of the roughest drills. A rubber protected base won't bruise or sting a player's lower body and features the right amount of weight to allow the dummy to properly "pop" back up. Includes four handles for ease of transport.
