The Fisher 42" x 16" x 12" Half Round Football Agility Dummy helps develop foot speed and agility by running drills with multiple agility dummies placed in a row. Running backs can develop foot speed to maneuver through downed bodies and potential tacklers. The curved surface reduces ankle injuries. This dummy also features web handles so it can be used as a regular blocking dummy. It features a rolled polyfoam core that won't sag with age or rigorous training.
