Product Overview
The Fisher 36" Push / Pull Sled allows for two different training methods. Pushing the sled teaches players to be explosive while remaining low and balanced. Pulling the sled will help develop leg strength and speed along with upper body strength. Olympic weights can be added to the sled to increase resistance and train for explosive power. Push/Pull sleds can be used almost anywhere you can find about 20 yards of relatively flat ground. When pulling the sled, strap the harness on and run forward with good form to perform a power workout. If you are aiming more for a strength workout, you can increase the weight and perform slower contractions. When pushing the sled, stand directly behind the sled with both hands on the handlebar. Keep your back straight and drive forward with your legs. The 36" handle height teaches you to stay lower where your body has the most power. You can interchange your training but pushing the sled for 20 yards, resting for a few seconds and pulling it back to its original position. Included in this package is the sled, shoulder harness, handle and connector.
