The Fisher 1 Man Bull Rush Football Sled teaches players, especially defensive linemen and linebackers, how to drive, extend and react to blocks put on them by offensive linemen. The unique forward slant blocking head allows players to drive into the sled coming out of their stance and focus on speed and quickness. The pad drives in 8" and then releases upward, teaching players how to get off the block and react to the ball carrier. Proper hand placement and stepping with power can also be taught with different pad shape options. Several vinyl color options are available. 5 year manufacturer warranty and powder coated metal provides maximum weather resistance and confidence that this blocking sled will last through years of training.
