Accessories include: two pieces of chalk, plastic triangle, two 57" cues, and one set of 2-1/4" billiard balls.

A little more assembly than I thought but not really a big deal since everything fit together as it should. Here is the problem that knocked the rating to 3 stars, the pre-assembled table top is out of square by 1/4 of an inch measuring rail to rail length wise. I don't see any way to make an adjustment to it. When i looked at the underside, i see where it was not assembled properly priorto shipping. I will update the rating if support come up with a fix. Can't recommend to a friend unless this is resolved.

Does this table come assembled? If not, what is involved in the assembly?

This table does not come assembled and delivery does not include assembly. It will come with the needed instructions which will basically entail the set up of the legs, and their attachment to the play top.
