Bodybuilders and beginning lifters can achieve chiseled, sculpted arms with help from this Champion Barbell Chrome Olympic-Style Tricep Bomber. The bomber is used with Olympic-style weight plates, allowing athletes to perform overhead presses, tricep extensions and other upper-body exercises for a customized workout that matches their unique fitness levels. As lifters' stamina and strength increase, heavier weight plates can be added to the ends of the bomber and secured into place with the wrenchless collars to keep each gym session as challenging as the last. Weight plates sold separately.
