Comes with 700 lb. capacity chrome bar with spring collars. Also, all sets include a 1"D (28.5mm) x 86"L (2.2m) Olympic bar made to AAU/WF specifications with 1.96" diameter (50mm) sleeves, plus bronze bushing for smooth rotation. Sets have spring lock collars and Olympic plates with gray acrylic hammertone finish (marked in pounds and kilos). Economy 300 lb.
