How It Works

To participate, simply add a qualifying product to your shopping cart and select Economy Ground as the shipping method.  The free shipping will automatically be applied.  NOTE: You must select the "Economy Ground" option to receive the discount.  This offer applies only to the individual items marked as "This Item Ships FREE"; other items in your cart that are not eligible will still incur a shipping charge.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Offer only valid on items marked with "This Item Ships FREE".  Applies only for Economy Ground shipping with curbside delivery.  Custom delivery options available for additional charge (see below).  Only applies to orders to be shipped to a valid address in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  Not available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.  Customer responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.

Freight Deliveries

This item is shipped via common carrier (truck) with curbside delivery within the continental U.S.  The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading your item, and leaves the item at the curbside. Any additional services, such as inside delivery, installation, and weekend delivery can be added for an extra cost for some items.  For all other items, inquire with shipping company at the time of setting your delivery appointment for available delivery options. 

If your item shows visible damage upon receipt from the truck, refuse the shipment and call us. It is important to inspect your shipment BEFORE you sign the delivery notice. This is to ensure that if there is a damaged item it can be returned at that time and a new one sent out to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order AFTER shipment, the customer must return all product at their own expense to receive a full credit.  Actual shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable.  A restocking fee of 15% of the sale will also be assessed.

Undeliverable Packages

All packages returned to our warehouse undeliverable or refused are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. If an order is re-shipped, additional charges may apply.

Return Policy

If you wish to return your order within 30 days of your purchase, you must call to receive a Return Authorization Number from our customer service staff or email us. Return shipping charges and arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer. We do not credit back shipping charges of the original purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned products.
